Our contestants, wake up early everyday to do a couple of push-ups, with a chicken wing in their mouths. They run around the neighborhood a few times, using bbq sauce bottles as dumb bells, and come home to practice, practice and practice.

They sweat buffalo sauce, they bleed hot sauce and to quench their thirst they drink pure butter. No one can stop these wing aficionados!
